Mbele and Ngcobo Attorneys Inc. is a law firm established in 2016 under the directorship of Sihle Ngcobo and Ayanda Mbele. It was established as a partnership business at the time. It commenced practicing in the small town of Weenen (Kwanobamba). In 2017, it moved its principal place of business to Ladysmith and was later changed into an incorporated company in December 2019.

The firm is duly registered with Legal Practice Council in terms of the Legal Practice Act 28 of 2014. It is duly registered with FIC in compliance with Act 38 of 2001. The firm is also a BEE-E level 1 certificate holder.

At Mbele and Ngcobo Attorneys Incorporated, we thrive to provide quality services to our clients through all possible legal means. We are driven by the principle of justice and professionalism. We hold ethical values at the helm of everything.

To play a vital role in bringing about justice in, mostly, black societies and that people are aware of their legal avenues and consequences of the everyday life occurrences. Our dynamic personnel are always in pursuit of new knowledge and latest development of the law so as to remain equipped at all times to be the best tools of solutions to our clients’ legal problems.

Our People

Sihle Ngcobo

Co-Founder/Attorney
a founding member of the firm and currently a Director. He holds an LLB obtained at University of Zululand in 2011 and has a vast of experience in both criminal and civil litigation in lower courts and high court. Has been practising as an admitted attorney for more than six years.

Ayanda Mbele

Co-Founder/Attoney
a founding member of the firm and currently a director. He holds an LLB degree obtained at University of Zululand obtained in 2011. He holds a vast experience in criminal and RAF claims and has been practising as an admitted attorney for more than three years.

Hlakanipho Zwane

Candidate Legal Practisioner
a Candidate Legal Practitioner who commenced work in March 2023, vibrant and dedicated professional committed to tasks entrusted to him and always prepared to work extra hours for the benefit of the company. He obtained his LLB Degree at UNIZULU in 2019.

Sfiso Ngcobo

Assitant Attorney
a professional assistant, an attorney who practices mostly in the High Court. With experience in Labour law and civil litigation in general. Practices in the Durban branch office as the head of the branch office. He obtained his LLB degree in the University of Zululand in 2017.

Christel Shabalala

Candidate Legal Practisioner
our secretary who has been in the firm since 2018. Dedicated and professional individual who always put upholds work ethics at high level and attends relevant seminars to keep abreast with the new developments.
